South Shields - Pier to Pier race on Sunday 20th May 2007 - Sunderland
The event starts at 10am on the beach at South Shields Pier, and follows a
route along the cliff top paths past Marsden, Souter Point
and the Rifle
Range to Whitburn Beach, finishing at Roker Pier after a distance of
approximately 7.5 miles.
I have divided the photos in to two groups.
The first group showing a a little more scenery and the folk who came to
cheer the runners along,
as well as a few random photos of the runners
The second group is mainly the runners coming home
